Return & Refund Policy

At Gocleans, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in excellent condition and meets the quality standards promised on our website.   2. The product must be returned with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

  3. Await approval from our quality control team before shipping the product back.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Return Window

Requests made after the return window will not be eligible for return or refund.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Shipping charges for approved returns due to our error will be borne by Gocleans. In other cases, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.


9. Quality Check & Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Approval of refund or replacement depends on:

  • Product condition

  • Packaging integrity

  • Compliance with return eligibility criteria

If the product fails inspection, the return may be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the customer.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after return approval. Gocleans is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


12. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • The product is returned with missing components

  • The product shows signs of damage not caused by transit

  • Promotional items or free gifts are not returned


13. Order Cancellation Policy

13.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
